Welcome to The English School. We are Cara Winfield and Henry Gysin, directors of this innovative and exciting school on the Zürichberg. 

Together we believe that learning should be fun and effective. Our classes are limited to a maximum of six students, to enable each student to participate fully in and to benefit from each class. Different learning environments tailored to the differing needs of children and adults ensure the optimal learning atmosphere for all.

We work to create a fresh, modern environment, where both children and adults feel relaxed, and to which they look forward to going. Students, and their parents, are encouraged to arrive early and to relax in The Lounge, a place to enjoy complimentary refreshments, mobile device charging stations, and Wi-Fi.
